Release of Liability

A signed release is REQUIRED for ANYONE entering into Übergrippen facilities

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MINORS (anyone under 18 years old): 

• IMPORTANT: Waivers for minors may ONLY be signed by the minor's PARENT or COURT APPOINTED legal guardian.
• Waivers signed by a friend, relative (sibling, grandparent, aunt/uncle), babysitter/nanny, teacher, or group leader WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
• When entering a child waiver, the Parent's information must be entered FIRST
  • PARENT FIRST ENTERS THERE INFO: ADULT NAME -and- ADULT BIRTHDAY
  • The child's information will be entered later
