💳 Membership Term

⏳ Membership Duration

Your membership begins on the start date you select and remains valid for 180 consecutive days. Prepaid memberships cannot be frozen, paused, or extended.

🚫 No Automatic Renewal

This is a prepaid membership, not a recurring membership. There is no commitment and no automatic renewal. Your membership simply expires at the end of the prepaid term.

💸 No Refunds

Prepaid memberships are non-refundable. If the membership has not yet been activated, it may be transferred to another individual before the scheduled start date. Once the membership has been used for the first time, it becomes non-transferable.

**Family Membership Eligibility

The Unlimited Family Membership includes:

Up to 2 adults (18+)
Unlimited dependent children
All members must reside at the same household address

Proof of eligibility is required when activating your membership - valid school ID, pay stub, or military ID.

If eligibility cannot be verified, you will be required to pay the difference to the standard membership rate before your membership can be activated. No refunds will be issued if you choose not to provide the required documentation or decline to pay the applicable difference.

📜 Release of Liability Required

All members and guests must complete our Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement ("Waiver") before participating in any activities at Übergrippen. If you choose not to sign the waiver, you will not be permitted to participate, and no refunds will be issued
