CampGrippen 2026: Counselor In Training (CIT)

Are you interested in gaining experience working with kids and opening doors for a future job as a Camp Counselor at Übergrippen? Our CIT program gives young teens experience leading and assisting kids through out summer camp programs. CITs are paired with a counselor and work under the supervision of the camp director.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 13 or older
- Must be proficient in climbing with a current Übergrippen Top Rope Belay certification
- CIT hours: 9am - 4:30pm (CITs are welcome to come early or stay late as they please).
COST:
- $195/Week (5 days)
- INCLUDES: CIT T-Shirt, Lunch, 2 Snacks Daily
