One week of pirating adventures where kids learn cartography by creating a map to buried treasure, navigation skills using map, compass and celestial navigation, go on a scavenger hunt, and hone their skills in shelter building, knot tying, and more. And of course, kids will be taught a variety of climbing skills including top roping, belaying, bouldering, and slacklining!

In this super powered adventure week, your kids will gain superpowers while learning the physics behind climbing! Kids will use levers and pulleys to gain hulk like strength, harness the power of friction like Spiderman, fly through the air like Superman on slacklines and giant pendulums, and learn about Elastigirls elongation powers. In between all the villain fighting, these kids will gain skills in rock climbing including belaying, top roping, knot tying, and bouldering.

Send your child to the crag this summer where they will learn all about what it means to be a elite Ninja Warrior! Kids will take part in a variety of activities that explore the body and teach them about strength, flexibility, kinesiology, balance, health, and nutrition...so they have what it takes to become the next American Ninja Warrior!

This is a fun filled week packed with activities! Campers will have a blast with various activities including Climbing, Bouldering, Speed Climbing, Slacklining, Obstacle Courses, as well as activities that are not typically offered at our facility such as The King Swing, Rappelling, Tyrolean Traverse, and an Indoor Zipline!

As always, your campers will also learn Climbing Safety, Climbing Technique, Types of Climbing Holds, Belaying, and Knot Tying!

Calling all future spies! Secret Agent Climbing Camp combines rock climbing, movement challenges, and problem-solving into an action-packed week of undercover fun. Campers will train as secret agents while learning climbing skills, building confidence, and working as a team.

Recruits will take on exciting “missions” like scaling high-rise buildings on rope, navigating laser-style bouldering challenges, balancing across rooftop crossings, and completing spy training obstacle courses. Along the way, campers will learn essential climbing skills including knot tying, belaying, equipment use, and climbing techniques all guided by our experienced instructors.

Perfect for active kids who love adventure, Secret Agent Climbing Camp blends physical activity with imagination, teamwork, and tons of fun. By the end of the week, agents will leave stronger, more confident, and officially mission ready.

Are you interested in gaining experience working with kids and opening doors for a future job as a Camp Counselor at Ubergrippen? Our CIT program gives young teens experience leading and assisting kids through out summer camp programs. CITs are paired with a councelor and work under the supervision of the camp director.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 13 or older
• Must be proficient in climbing with a current Übergrippen Top Rope Belay certification
• CIT hours: 9am - 4:30pm (CITs are welcome to come early or stay late as they please).

Get ready to elevate your climbing skills and prepare for the competitive season ahead! This intense, performance-driven summer camp is designed for young climbers who are already committed to their craft—whether they're on a climbing team, part of a weekly climbing club, or training regularly with their parents. Over the course of the camp, athletes will receive expert coaching from Übergrippen’s top-tier staff, focusing on advanced techniques and mental strategies for becoming an elite climber. Plus, participants will experience the thrill of outdoor climbing, putting their skills to the test in real-world conditions. Whether you're gearing up for USA Climbing competitions, Juggerknots Youth Climbing League, or the American Scholastic Climbing League, this camp is the perfect prep for the upcoming season! Please review the following camp requirements before you enroll your climber. Interested Climbers MUST be:

• Actively enrolled in a climbing team, or
• Actively enrolled in a weekly climbing club, or
• Actively climbing with their family at least 1x per week.
